Hey all, I guess I've volunteered to do the email talk on the 17th ;)

For detail, here is what I'm hoping to cover (based on what I remember people
were asking)

* Basics of email (how internet email works ... overview of the process)
* Overview of 3 popular email servers: sendmail, qmail, Postfix
* Overview of some popular pop3/imap clients (not sure which ones yet,
   any requests?)
* Details of how Postfix works
* How to set up a production Postfix server
* Overview of spam prevention at the server
