The third [[InstallFest]] of 2008 will be held on Saturday, August 9, 2008 from 10am to 5pm on the campus of Carnegie Mellon University, [[CMU Newell Simon Hall 1507]]. An installfest is an interactive event where you bring your computer to either show off some neat aspect of Linux, or seek help about getting Linux running on your hardware. |

Your best option is to park in CMU's Morewood Lot (free on weekends) and walk across Forbes Avenue over to Newell-Simon Hall. Follow the directions at the bottom of [http://www.wplug.org/meetings/one-location?location_id=1 this page] to the outside door of 1507. Alternatively, you can go to the third floor entrance of Newell-Simon Hall and call the phone number on the signs that will be placed there to be escorted in.
