Beth Lynn arrived 7:30pm minutes for dec membership meeting are missing. Vance will help reconstruct. check for member Pat Barron has not yet been cashed. no one is holding onto Pat's check Mike Hansell lost the key to the mailbox. Post Office will replace the missing key for an undetermined minimal cost. A motion passed to buy a new key if the fee is under $25

looked at wired routers but did not purchase (up to $60 allocated in 12/2007 board meeting) contacted PTC regarding getting WPLUG on the PTC online events calendar

This committee has yet to meet. Dave expressed interest in high school outreach to invite students to wplug. Beth Lynn gave Mike a card for Goodwill's PR department so that we can investigate ways we can work with Goodwill computer store.

New Wiki deployed at linode.wplug.org but it's isn't true mediawiki Monkeybot has moved to linode as well

Operation: Kill the Penguin To-Do: mailman migration setup postfix as MTA DNS some www links may need to move over possibly return penguin hardware to it's original donor

Vance reported that Vance has been chosen to be chair of the Newsletter committee. IRC meetings will be scheduled at some later date.

Dave in December reached out to the leadership of ErieLUG in December. There are no events planned in the immediate future.
