It was moved and seconded to cancel the membership business meeting originally scheduled for October 9, 2010. After discussion, the motion was adopted. It was noted that the membership nominations meeting of September 18, 2010 had been adjourned to October 16, 2010. As other events were scheduled for that date and likely to harm attendance, the plan is to briefly convene this meeting on October 16 and adjourn it to October 23, 2010.
It was moved and seconded to authorize the Treasurer to spend $75 on the venue and refreshments for the November 13, 2010 election meeting. The motion was adopted.
The meeting adjourned at 9:06 PM.
